Order Processing

The following is an overview and general information about how we process our orders.

Order Placement

To place an order, customers must select the desired product(s) on our website, add them to their cart, and proceed to checkout. Note that a login is required to place an order due to shipping calculations.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, the processing depends on product availability and shipping calculations. Customers can save their order from the checkout view without paying until everything, such as shipping fees, is clarified. In any case, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.

Payment Processing

We accept several payment methods:

  • Bank Wire: Offers a 3% discount.
  • PayPal: Our main payment gateway.
  • Revolut: Our secondary payment gateway (soon to become the main).

All payments are secured by the third parties mentioned above. We do not store any payment information except the processing IDs.

Order Preparation

Before payment, an order undergoes processing, including availability and compatibility checks as well as shipping quotes. If shipping cannot be calculated automatically, the order status will be marked as "shipping_calculation" until one of our managers resolves it. During this time, we also check availability with our suppliers. If items are unavailable, we may cancel the order. Otherwise, we resolve shipping quotes and notify the customer to proceed with payment. Once payment is received, we ship in-stock goods immediately or order them from suppliers, which can take up to 14 working days.

Inventory and Stock Management

In Stock: Usually shipped the same or next day after payment is received.

Pre-Order: Reordered from suppliers before shipping, marked as pre-order on the website.

Unavailable: If out of production or not available, we cancel and refund the orders or contact the customer directly.

Please note, that there are millions of parts and we are not able to predict which parts are not orderable or out of production. Often this information arrives us upon requesting this information from our suppliers.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer various shipping options:

  • Express Shipping: Via UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.
  • Freight Services: For large items, involves manual calculation.
  • Standard Mail Shipping: Available upon customer request.

Shipping is provided worldwide. Possible global Limitations, such as eg. Sanctions, are always and strictly taken into account.

Tracking and Notifications

Tracking information is provided from the day the package is shipped. Customers can check the status by following the provided link, also available in their account's order overview.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled anytime before payment is made. We do not process unpaid orders.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a refund and return policy, but there are specific conditions for high-value items that require preordering. For detailed information, please refer to our refund and return policies.
